When it is time to reconcile the books or hand something to your accountant, you should not have to dig through your inbox. Every invoice Gameplainer has issued you is kept in one place.

Where to find invoices

Open Settings, go to Billing, and click Invoices. Your full billing history loads there, newest first.

The list appears with a brief loading placeholder while we fetch the latest data from Stripe, so what you see is always current rather than a stale cache. From there you can open any invoice, download it as a PDF, or view the hosted version.

Sending invoices somewhere automatically

If you find yourself downloading and forwarding every invoice to the same person, there is a better way. You can have Gameplainer email each new invoice to an extra address automatically such as your accounts payable inbox. See Send your invoices to a second email address .

Why an old invoice shows old details

If you recently changed your company name, address, or VAT number, you will notice older invoices still show the details from when they were issued. That is intentional. An invoice is a fixed record of a moment in time and does not change after the fact. Your newer invoices already reflect your updated details.
